*USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express are only available to P.O. Boxes, Military, and Territories.
*USPS First Class Mail is available to the Domestic United States, P.O. Boxes, Military, and Territories.
How much do you charge for shipping?
- USPS First Class Mail (3-7 business days) - $3.97
- USPS service is for PO Boxes only - $8.00
- FedEx 2 Day Shipping - $9.50
- FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping is calculated using time and cost of delivery based on the destination and service.
*Note: FREE FedEx 2-Day Shipping is available for orders $99+ and FREE FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping is available for orders $199+
Where does Happy Hippo ship?
- We ship anywhere in the U.S. where Kratom is legal. Some states and cities have legislation banning Kratom. Here’s a Kratom legality map.
- Puerto Rico
- APO and FPO International Military Bases
- Czech Republic
Does Happy Hippo ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship Internationally. However, we do offer to ship to one other country, Canada!*
*Note for Canadian Customers...
Unfortunately, Canadian Law states that our products cannot be used for human consumption.
Due to this, our Capsules, Energy Shots, and Alternative Herb products are not available for Canadian shipping. Please limit purchases to only Powder or Liquid Extract products.

Why can I not choose USPS as an option at checkout?
USPS is currently only available for customers ordering less than 1lb of Kratom (16oz) or who need their package shipped to a P.O. Box. If you have concerns using our other shipping options, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Where do I get my tracking information?
You will receive an email with tracking information - as well as have access to tracking information on the website.
How do I get my package shipped Same-Day?
Make sure your order is placed and completed before 4 PM (EST) Monday-Friday and 12pm EST Saturday.
I entered the wrong Shipping Address. What should I do?
If your package hasn’t been shipped yet, contact our support team and we can try to fix the error before it ships. 👍
If your package is shipped via FedEx and is in transit, we’d recommend downloading FedEx’s Delivery Manager to reroute the package to the correct location.
